This code of conduct for third parties outlines the standards that we expect of the suppliers and contractors who provide goods and services to our organisation.

Integrity and transparency


We always strive to engage with our suppliers and contractors in a manner that is honest, transparent and fair. We expect all our partners to conduct their business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, including those related to anti-discrimination, anti-bribery and labour rights.

Responsible and sustainable practices

We aim to procure products and services in a responsible and sustainable way. We especially value suppliers who actively minimise negative environmental and social effects, and who demonstrate a clear commitment to sustainability, including alignment with science-based environmental targets.

Respect, dignity and inclusion

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for all. Third parties are expected to support this commitment and must not subject any individual to harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, victimisation or other unacceptable conduct. Third parties are expected to take appropriate steps to promote respectful conduct in their organisation and to address concerns promptly should inappropriate behaviour occur.

Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (DEI)

We believe that diverse supplier partnerships contribute to innovation, economic growth and positive social impact. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for minority-, women-, disabled and LGBTQ+-owned businesses, and small businesses. To help to ensure alignment with our governance standards, all suppliers must complete our onboarding questionnaire covering key areas such as cybersecurity, DEI, and environmental, social and governance (ESG).

We seek to develop mutually beneficial relationships grounded in respect, professionalism and shared purpose. We commit to paying our suppliers on time and according to agreed terms, and we value partners who extend the same courtesy throughout their supply chains.

All suppliers must be properly vetted and contracted according to our internal processes, with appropriate agreements in place before the commencement of any work. These protocols ensure clarity, compliance and protection for all parties involved.
