Code of Conduct for Third Parties
Helios Global Group is committed to building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors who reflect our values of integrity, fairness, diversity, and sustainability. This Code of Conduct for Third Parties outlines the standards we expect of the suppliers and contractors who provide goods and services to our organisation.
Integrity and transparency
We always strive to engage with our suppliers and contractors in a manner that is honest, transparent, and fair. We expect all our partners to conduct their business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, including those related to anti-discrimination, anti-bribery, and labour rights.
Responsible and sustainable practices
We aim to procure products and services in a responsible and sustainable way. We especially value suppliers who actively minimise negative environmental and social impacts, and who demonstrate a clear commitment to sustainability, including alignment with science-based environmental targets.
Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I)
We believe that diverse supplier partnerships contribute to innovation, economic growth and positive social impact. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for minority-, women-, LGBTQ+-, disabled-owned, and small businesses. We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to ED&I and to demonstrate inclusive practices in their operations.
Ethical governance and accountability
We value transparency, professionalism, and the mutual pursuit of high ethical standards. All suppliers must complete our onboarding questionnaire covering key areas such as cybersecurity, environment, social and governance (ESG), and ED&I to help ensure alignment with our governance standards.
Mutual respect and professionalism
We seek to develop mutually beneficial relationships grounded in respect, professionalism, and shared purpose. We commit to paying our suppliers on time and according to agreed terms, and we value partners who extend the same courtesy throughout their supply chains.
Compliance with engagement protocols
All suppliers must be properly vetted and contracted according to our internal processes, with appropriate agreements in place before the commencement of any work. These protocols ensure clarity, compliance, and protection for all parties involved.
Continuous improvement and collaboration
We encourage feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement from our suppliers. We aim to create long-term partnerships that drive shared value and support our ethical, environmental, and social goals.
By partnering with us, suppliers and contractors affirm their commitment to these principles and join us in promoting a more ethical, inclusive, and sustainable global supply chain.
