We’re currently looking for:
Working across the Group, our talented Studio and Digital team comprises creatives, layout artists, presentation designers and multimedia/digital designers who provide our teams with creative ideas and innovative solutions.
Our editing roles require a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection. Educated to degree level, ideally in a scientific discipline, you’ll work closely with our account teams to ensure the highest of editorial standards across everything we do.
These roles require prior experience of leading project management teams. You’ll be responsible for line management, resource planning, coaching and mentoring, and most importantly, ensuring excellence in project execution.
Having already established your career in project or account management, our various project leading roles provide fantastic opportunities to develop true partnerships with our clients. You’ll be responsible for leading individual projects, workstreams and accounts, depending on your experience.
Ideally educated to advanced degree level, you can focus on project management only, or choose a hybrid (Scientific) project management/content development role. You’ll support across an array of different projects, working alongside our highly skilled project leaders.
These roles require prior experience of leading teams of medical writers. You’ll be responsible for line management, resource planning, coaching and mentoring, and most importantly, ensuring editorial excellence.
Having already established your career in medical writing, our medical writer and senior medical writer roles provide fantastic opportunities to further develop your experience and skills.
Ideally educated to advanced degree level, you’ll work alongside highly experienced team members to develop your medical writing skills and industry knowledge across a variety of projects.

Early careers
We continually recruit the best life science and medical graduates throughout the year.
In the UK, all our entry-level positions (medical writing, project management or hybrid) require a scientific or medical degree, and ideally an MSc or PhD.

Careers FAQ
Do you offer internships and work experience?
We offer a small number of paid internships (usually minimum of 3 months) and work experience placements (1–4 weeks) each year. Eligibility is restricted to those studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a biomedical, pharmacological or medical discipline.
Do you accept applications from those requiring a work permit or visa?

What are your standard employee benefits?
Can I work remotely?
Our preference is for our team members to spend as much time as possible in our vibrant offices, as we feel this really supports teamworking and collaboration.
Entry-level roles are all full-time and require office-based working for the majority of the time.
We are open to fully remote working for experienced hires.
What’s your recruitment process?
You should submit your CV and cover letter, detailing experience and suitability for the role.
For experienced hires, you’ll usually be offered an informal chat (first-stage interview) with one of our senior team first. Second-stage interviews require a presentation and/or assessment task.
For graduate roles, you’ll be sent an assessment to complete prior to interview and will be required to give a short presentation during the interview.
